We will use various tools such as guided meditation, creative practices (e.g., drawing), and body-based movement.
Grounded in scientific research and informed by Dr Sandro’s professional expertise, these workshops offer a space for self-exploration and personal discovery. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with your emotions in new ways, gaining insight and awareness in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
