1. What services do you offer?
We offer meditation classes and Introduction to meditation courses, Yin yoga, group Reiki energy healing, Clinical Phycologist led group sessions on emotions management, Sound baths and more. Our studio is designed to provide a peaceful space for relaxation, self-discovery, mindful movement and spiritual growth. New workshops and events are added every week.
2. Do I need prior experience to join a class?
Most of our classes are open to all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Our instructors will guide you based on your experience and needs. Any specific requirement/restriction is indicated in the class description.
3. What do I need to bring?
Comfortable clothing, wear loose, breathable clothes that allow you to sit or lie down without restriction.
Meditation Cushion or Yoga Mat – we provide cushions, mats and chairs, but feel free to bring your own if you wish.
Blanket or Shawl - Temperatures can vary, and you may feel cooler when sitting still. A lightweight blanket or shawl can keep you warm - we provide light blanket but feel free to bring your own.
Water Bottle - Staying hydrated is essential, so bring a refillable water bottle.
Notebook and pen -As you might want to take notes during some of our workshops.
Socks or indoor slippers - Our studio requires you to remove your shoes, bring warm socks or slippers for your comfort.
4. Is Meditation a religious practice?
Although Meditation is not a religious practice, some meditations have their roots in religious traditions. You do not need to be religious to join our meditation courses and classes.

6. What is Reiki, and how does it work?
Reiki is an energy healing practice that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being. A practitioner channels universal life energy through their hands to help balance your energy.
7. How do I book a session?
You can book through our website. All bookings are paid in full at the time of reservation.
8. What are your pricing and membership options?
We currently offer single session/course rates. Visit our website or contact us for the latest pricing details.
9. Are private sessions available?
Yes, we offer private Yin Yoga, meditation, and Reiki sessions. These are tailored to your personal needs and schedule. Please enquire via our contact page.
10. What should I expect in my first class or session?
Expect a welcoming, peaceful atmosphere. Our instructors will guide you through breathing, movement, and mindfulness techniques at a comfortable pace.
11. Do you have any age restrictions?
Our classes are open to adults only.
12. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
As all bookings are paid in full at the time of reservation, please review our cancellation policy carefully.
Classes:
For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled class, a credit will be issued to your account for future use. No refunds will be provided.
For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class, or for no-shows, no credits or refunds will be provided.
Workshops:
For cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled workshop, a credit will be issued to your account for future use. No refunds will be provided.
For cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled workshop, or for no-shows, no credits or refunds will be provided.
Courses:
For cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled course start date, a credit will be issued to your account for future use. No refunds will be provided.
For cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled course start date, or for no-shows, no credits or refunds will be provided.
Once a course has begun, no credits or refunds will be provided for missed sessions.
Credits issued are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Credits are non-transferable.
In the event that the studio must cancel a class, workshop, or course due to unforeseen circumstances, a full credit or refund will be issued.
We understand that emergencies arise. In extenuating circumstances, please contact us, and we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
This cancellation policy is subject to change at the studio's discretion.

14. Do you have changing facilities?
We don’t have dedicated changing facilities at FedFlow Studio but you can use Islington Studios communal restroom and showers.
