Who is this course for?

This once a week, 5 week course, is for anyone who is new to meditation, or has a little experience of meditation through apps or yoga classes and would like to learn more about the different techniques and how to apply them independently.

What will I learn during this course?

The course is designed to give you a good understating of what meditation is and is not. You will practice different styles of meditation, learn postures, history and the science of meditation.
