Beginning with basic mobility and activation movements, Esther will then break down functional and classic kettlebell movements such as the deadlift, squat, swing, turkish get up and press in a way that is simple, manageable and interactive. You will get a chance to improve your technique in a relaxed setting before putting it into practice in a short circuit.
